Being the Jigga fan that i am... i really was expecting it to be the same formula you're used to with his prior albums (i.e. just enough street,club,and nod your head groove music),which isn't to say that's a bad thing he even said "n*$$@s want the old jay z buy an old album...-_-'' i felt like he was telling me that there >.>''.....but this time he really takes it to a whole new level,not necessarily a bad one but it's as if he relied heavily on kanye's creative direction alot more than before...but then again i'm biased to kayne also...it's a somewhat new stage ... i mean there is some minor recycling in terms of the beats here and there...but other than that lyrically it's the same hov we're used to (great lyrics great features...instant favings on most tracks..the others grow on you after listening to it once or twice more ...and musically.well he's known to have the best producers work on his tracks so all in all it's a really catchy album... XD ...
